Casa Theodore is a spectacular 11 bedroom / 11 ½ bath Villa located in The Pedregal, a private gated community just outside of Cabo San Lucas. This 16,000 sq foot villa is one of the largest private villas in the Pedregal. The main house has five suites with built in intercom system throughout the villa. There are two guest apartments with one bedroom each, as well as a guest house with two bedrooms. We recently added a double bedroom that can accomodate 2 king beds or 4 twin beds. All of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, king-sized beds and almost all have those splendid white water views. With purified water running throughout the house, you can rest a bit easier in this luxurious villa.

Walk down the curvy staircase and you’re immediately surrounded by lush, tropical flowers complete with the soothing sounds of ocean waves crashing and flowing water from the home rock waterfall. Enter the oversized, hand-carved wooden doors and you’ve stepped into a beautifully furnished modern villa, complete with plush leather furniture and original paintings. Mexican artwork is provided by local artisans within the home interior giving it that contemporary yet authentic feel. Enjoy the incredible white water ocean views from every room within the Villa or on the resort styled luxury pool deck. Nothing comes close to the breathtaking views from the heated Infinity pool.

Casa Theodore has an extraordinary outdoor area with an outdoor shower, large bar area with BBQ, and firepit with seating for ten. The Jacuzzi contains a waterfall that cascades into the infinity pool. Surrounding the pool are two king-sized tanning beds and teak lounge furniture. The pool deck also has seating for up to 19 people.
